Tinola (chicken soup)

This is filipino dishes but in indonesia itself it called chicken soup the difference is a vegetable, tinola use green papaya or chayote, and chicken soup use a carrots, sometimes sausages, or any kinds of vegetables..


  1. 1/2 fresh chicken
  2. 500 gram chayote
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. Black and white pepper
  5. 3 cube maggie
  6. 1 tablespoon sugar
  7. Ginger


  1. Change Wash chicken and chayote and cut into pieces
  2. Change In a medium heat prepare the oilef saucepan mix garlic onion and ginger followed by chicken to unsure chicken got a bit of brown color
  3. Change Put 3 1/2 bottles of mineral water and put the maggie cube salt sugar pepper 5 minutes after put the chayote together with chicken and mix as well
  4. Change Make sure the taste and the chayote smooth enough and serve into a bowl and enjoy your dinner
