Tonkatsu With Sesame Miso Sauce

Deep fried pork cutlet with shredded cabbage, and 2 kinds of sauce. Sesame miso and soy sauce.

Ingredients

  1. Miso sauce
  2. 2 tsp miso paste
  3. 2 tbsp roasted sesame (grind)
  4. 2 tbsp olive oil
  5. Soy sauce
  6. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  7. 1 tbsp mirin
  8. Sugar
  9. Ingredients
  10. 1 pork cutlet
  11. 1 egg (beat)
  12. All purpose flour
  13. Panko bread crumb
  14. Salt amp pepper
  15. Cooking oil
  16. Cabbage (shred)

Method

  1. Change Sprinkle salt and pepper to the pork cutlet leave it for 10 minutes
