Turkey Dumpling Soup


  1. Dumplings
  2. 2 cup flour
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 4 tsp water
  6. Soup
  7. 8 cup chicken broth
  8. 2 cup cooked cut up turkey or chicken


  1. Mix dumpling ingredients in bowl until stuff dough forms
  2. In medium saucepan mix broth and cooked meat Cook until boiling
  3. Add chunks of dumpling dough one at a time into boiling broth
  4. Cook until the dough is fully cooked
  5. Cooked carrot slices and celery pieces can be added to the soup if desired
