Vegetable Beef Soup with Egg Dumplings

Can use regular biscuit mix, but you will probably need 1/2 cup. Also, if you prefer more liquid in your soup, you can add water until you get to your desired amount.


  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 2 cup shredded cabbage
  3. 4 cup or 32 oz chicken broth
  4. 15 oz canned peas amp carrots
  5. 1/4 tsp pepper
  6. 1/4 cup gluten-free biscuit mix
  7. 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  8. 2 tsp parsley flakes or 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  9. 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  10. 1 egg


  1. Cook amp stir ground beef until golden brown drain
  2. Add cabbage chicken broth peas amp carrots amp pepper
  3. Heat to boiling Reduce heat
  4. Mix biscuit mix parmesan cheese parsley nutmeg amp egg together in bowl Then drop teaspoonfuls onto soup
  5. Simmer uncovered until dumplings are firm about 10-15 minutes Then it is ready to serve
