Vegetable soup with goat meat and Eba(Garri)

Hmmmm very sumptuous and nutritious

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Palm oil
  2. Maggie Royco preferred
  3. 5 Pepper medium sized
  4. 2 onion medium sized
  5. boiled goat meat
  6. Dry fish
  7. leaves Pumpkin(vegetables)
  8. 2 table spoon of crayfish
  9. 1 pinch salt
  10. 2 cups Garri

Method

  1. Start by washing your pepper and onions then you blend it thereafter you get a clean pot and put on fire
  2. Then you pour your one cup of Palm oil and allow to hot then you pour your blended onion and pepper and blended crayfish then you stir for 2 minutes
  3. Then you add half cup of water and allow to boil as soon as it starts boiling you add your dry fish and boiled goat meat
  4. Then you allow to boil thereafter you add your Maggie (Royco preferred) and a pinch of salt and then you allow to boil for 4 minutes
  5. Thereafter you wash and pour your vegetable leaves and mix evenly and allow to cook for 6 minutes then your vegetable soup is ready
  6. Then for your eba you get a clean bowl and pour boiling water then you add your garri and use your Turner (stick) to smooth it then your eba is ready
