Veggetable and beef sausages with pasta

  1. 500 grm pasta
  2. 5 precooked beef sausages
  3. 1 Egg plant
  4. 1 Red capsicun
  5. 1 Yellow capsicun
  6. 1 Green capsicun
  7. 3 stalks and leaves of celery
  8. 1 stalk and leaves of Dill
  9. 2 tomatoes
  10. 1 inch fresh ginger
  11. 1/2 tea spoons of tumeric
  12. 1 Onion
  13. 50 ml Vegetable oil
  1. Boil water and add Pasta for 10 mins then drain water and leave it
  2. Add onions in a suffuria with oil and cook till golden brown Add tumeric and ginger then stir
  3. Add carrots then cook for 5 min and then add eggplantall capsicunsand cellery Then cover and leave for 5 min
  4. Add tomatoes and cook for 3mins then
  5. Add precooked sausages and pasta then stir and then add dill and stir
  6. Serve and enjoy
