Veggie Baskets

This snack is a fusion of Italian and Indian taste. It can enjoyed during breakfast or as a tea time snack.

Ingredients

  1. 6 Bread slices
  2. 1/2 cup Capsicum (finely chopped)
  3. 1/2 cup Red amp Yellow bell peppers (finely chopped)
  4. 1 cup Onion(finely chopped)
  5. 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  6. Tomato ketchup
  7. Salt amp Pepper
  8. Oregano

Method

  1. Cut the bread slices in to circular shape and make three slices hollow with the help of a cookie cutter or a glass
  2. Now mix all the chopped vegetables and ketchup in a bowl Add salt and pepper to taste and mix it properly
  3. Add the mixture as topping on the bread slices and cover it with hollow bread slices
  4. Now sprinkle oregano and add grated cheese over it
  5. Preheat the oven to 300 degree F and bake it for 7-10 mins
  6. Serve it hot with ketchup or your favorite dip
