Veggie Patty Subway Sandwich

To a regular person, food is a necessity to survive. For me, it is the essence of my soul!!! Food and books are the only two things that nourish my soul like no other experience / thing ever could!
I m happily munching on this Indianized version of a Subway Sandwich (which – FYI – has been on my to-cook list for about 2 years now).  Pretty much following McDonald s footsteps, Subway came to India with a bunch of Indian-inspired sandwiches.
