Whiskey Beef Sandwiches

  1. 3-5 lbs chuck roast boneless
  2. 1/2 cup whiskey or bourbon (I use 1 full cup)
  3. 1 can/bottle of beer (12 oz)
  4. 1 jar pepperoncini peppers (12-16 oz) (remove stems) DO NOT DRAIN
  5. 1 can beef broth
  1. Trim as much visible fat off the beef as possible
  2. Change Add all the ingredients into crockpot along with the juice from the peppers
  3. Cook on low for 8 hrs
  4. Use fork to shred beef add shredded beef back to crockpot
  5. Simmer for ten minutes then ready to eat
