Whole wheat bread

Ingredients

  1. 11/2 cups Luke warm water
  2. 11/2 cups milk scald
  3. 3 tablespoons melted butter
  4. 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  5. 11/2 teaspoons salt
  6. 1 package yeast
  7. 21/2 cups sifted course whole wheat flour
  8. 21/2 cups sifted medium whole wheat flour
  9. 21/2 cups fine whole wheat flour

Method

  1. Dissolve yeast in water and sugar
  2. Add butter milk salt mix well
  3. Add reset of flour keep dough soft
  4. Let rise till double in size
  5. Split into 2 loafs put in bread pans Let rise 1 hour
  6. Bakevat 350 for 1 hour
